Marriott Knoxville Downtown

Wonderful location and decore. Sunday brunch buffet for the holiday weekend was absolutely delightful.

Perfectly clean and updated rooms with a fabulous view, king bed plus a fold out couch and amiable staff. Very very good breakfast, a wide range of options available.

Inside pool was small & wish they had an outside pool.

Stayed there last year around the same time too but the traffic noise from the street below was quite annoying.

The hotel room interior felt modern and spacious. We loved the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the staff member in the snack area was friendly, especially with our daughter.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

The bed was cozy, and the view from our room was fine. Very nice proximity to local restaurants and entertainment. Don't miss the onsite dining options. They elevate the experience. Note, parking is valet only-be prepared for the fee!

The staff was wonderful, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The two drivers who dropped us off places were friendly and helpful. The place was conveniently located.

Most Holiday Inns have a free continental breakfast. For the price, feel that it should have been included. Also, I wish there had been a small refrigerator.

Hotel was clean and situated convenient location.

Very noisy. Insulation is poor; all noise came in the room when traffic started after 4:30 AM. It disturbed our sleep.

Staff night manager was very rude to several guests. Accomadations were the worst I have ever experienced in a Holiday Inn. Would never even consider booking this hotel again. Management could care less about guest complaints.

Spacious rooms with fine city views, and the gallery area added a cool vibe for a chill night. The location is perfect for easy access to local breweries and attractions.

I didn't like the fact they were trying to make me pay for parking when I didn't drive there then the staff tried to say it was booking who charged. I knew booking NEVER charged me for parking and I've been using you guys for a long time.
